ValexyJewelry LLC has its own private lawyer, if false opened cases or fraudulent orders are made or opened, legal terms will be made. Be kind to small business.

LOST PACKAGES 

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

We are sorry to hear about this!
But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered, and details of the product and pictures. We will get back to you with instructions on the process. Exchanges and returns

All earrings are final sale and are NOT RETURNABLE. 

All SALE pieces are final sale and are not eligible to return. 

The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. Colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please feel free to contact me.

If you want to exchange one product for another, you can do it up to 14 calendar days after the purchase of it. That is, you must contact us at valexijewelry@live.com before those 14 days have passed. The product must be in perfect condition and packed in its original packaging.

If the product has been used, it will not be exchanged.

The customer must send the product at their own risk and cost to our offices.

The return shipment will be at the expense of the customer.

After those 14 calendar days, the change can no longer be made.

If you want to request the change, you must contact us by writing to the email valexijewelry@gmail.com and tell us your name, order reference, and the reasons why you want to change the item. We will immediately provide you with a shipping address. You must send the item in the same packaging in which it coats it and including everything that was in it.

In the case of wanting to make a change, you will have to do it for a product of the same or higher cost than the one you first purchased.

In the case of wanting to make a return, you will be refunded the total price of the product.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In this way, the customer must send the package to our offices at their own risk and cost.

In the event that the packaging is ripped, or items are used, a modest restocking fee of $3 per package will be deducted from the reimbursement. Additionally, if your items were initially shipped with no shipping fees but are returned, a $5.99 fee will be deducted from your reimbursement. We believe this policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality service while ensuring a fair and reasonable process.

We recommend using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Canada Post as these carriers offer tracking information. 

Orders shipped with Free Gift promo: If your returned items make your order fall below the qualifying amount for the free gift, you will need to return the free gift in order for your refund to be processed (otherwise, product cost will be subtracted from the refund).

If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be refunded, unless all of the qualifying items are returned.

ValexiJewelry reserves the right to deny the return of any product that is worn/used or damaged as a result.

Any package returned back to us for non-acceptance upon delivery, or non-delivery due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, will be refunded minus all shipping costs (both ways).

In case of returning a complete order, the shipping price will not be refunded when the purchase has exceeded $50 in the USA
